Submission of Abstracts

The Organizing Committee invites authors to submit abstracts for consideration and inclusion in the program, either as oral or poster presentations. Abstracts must be sent by email to: silortiz@unizar.es

NEW: More abstracts are no longer accepted.

Oral presentations

Successful authors will be informed of the length of time allotted for their presentation in the acceptance e-mail. They will be informed of the date and time of the presentation in June 2012.

 

Posters

Posters will be displayed in Lecture Room 7 (Aula 7) of the Geology Building. Authors will receive the acceptance letter by e-mail in June 2012.

The maximum dimensions of the posters are 2 m high and 1 m wide.

Formatting and submission instructions

Before submitting the abstract please follow the text formatting of the Abstract template. You can download the abstract sample, save it on your computer and prepare your abstract accordingly as Word file (.doc). Tables and figures are NOT allowed. Please note that the page border settings must not be altered.

The abstract should have a maximum of 1200 words.

Abstracts must be sent by email to: silortiz@unizar.es by the cut-off date - May 15th 2012.
